  1. Return Eligibility:

    a. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

    b. All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.

    c. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  2. Return Process:

    a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at HappinessLovesCompanyClothing@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

    b. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

    c. Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip.

    d. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.

  3. Refund:

    a. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    b. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within  7-10 business days.

    c. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  4. Exchanges:

    a. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

    b. Exchanges are subject to availability.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items:

    a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.

    b. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or, if applicable, send a replacement.
